Send Digital Photo

We suppot the saying that a picture is worth a thousand words. Photos can be a significant aid in color matching and the esthetic setup of many cases. You can send us photos of your patients several different ways. You can print them yourself. If digital, you can send them on a floppy disk or upload with the form below and email to us.

When sending a photo for color match, we like the picture to include the closest matching shade guide held incisal edge to incisal edge, at the same plane of the tooth we are matching. Additionally, in the photo, the patient’s mouth should be open. This gives us the dark cavity of the mouth as a background for the shade tab. Additionally, when prescribing all ceramic restorations, it is advantageous to get a shot of the prepared tooth or stump color.
